From the time we wake up to the time we lay down. We constantly attempt to find ways to manage our day. Think about it. Big or small, how many things do you have to do on a average day? We are all incredible in the sense that we have the ability to weigh the importance individual situations concerning our jobs, family, hygiene, chores, health, finances, etc against each other to come up with a solution or a schedule. Personally, I stress over this every time I have to make a decision. In fact, I’ve lost months worth of sleep over this seemingly simple task. I manage and find ways to make it work. However, I struggle. I wonder, at what point does someone get over this? When I schedule for other people in a way that pleases them, I’m great, but when I have to make a decision for myself, I almost always panic or withdraw my feelings from it so much so that people mistaking think I don’t care. We have go through the same internal struggle whether we know it or not. Some, like myself, can cover it up easily from others but we all still stress. So now, recognizing that this is a problem we all have, I’ve tasked myself to try different forms of management and write about them for you over the next several days. I would like you to do the same and share your story with me! I can't wait to hear from you all!
