If you want to lose a few pounds, than this is the article for you. I know from personal experience that losing weight can be very hard and it is very easy to lose motivation. I found this great DIY that can help to solve that problem! It is basically a DIY that allows you to keep track of the weight you lost and still keep you motivated enough to keep losing weight.

What you do is grab two jars or cups. On one you will write "pounds lost" and the other one will have "pounds to go." With any time of object you want (like marbles or such), you will keep track of how much you want to lose. With each pound you lose, move one of the objects into the other jar. This will allow you to bask in your accomplishment of losing weight because it shows each pound you lose. Yet, it will also keep you motivated because you see what you still have to lose. It is a perfect balance! Also, don't forget to personalize it and decorate it any way you like!
