This is a very genius way to get motivated and to stay motivated about working out. According to http://dailyburn.com/life/lifestyle/diy-pinterest-projects-for-motivation/, you take two cups or containers you label one "daily workouts" and one "done." Then you take popsicle sticks and write a different work out on each one of them. Next, color coordinate the popsicle stick depending on the type of exercise you are doing. This is a great way to make sure that you are working out daily and not getting bored. You never know what type of workout you will get! Also, this allows you to see all the workouts you have done. That is great motivation all on its own.
