You Will Need:

1) white sandwich bread (you will need one slice for each roll up you want to make)

2) cream cheese

3) diced strawberries (you can also use strawberry jam/jelly)

4) 2 eggs

5) 3 tablespoons milk

6) 1/3 granulated sugar

7) 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon (you might need more if you want a huge cinnamon taste)

8) butter

Directions:

1) Cut the crust off of your white bread slices

2) flatten your slices of bread (you can use a rolling pin or your hands)

3) take 1-2 teaspoons of your filling and place it 1 inch from one end of the slice of bread in a strip

4) roll the bread up (tightly)

5) mix eggs and milk in a bowl

6) mix the cinnamon and sugar in a different bowl

7) heat a pan/skillet (medium heat)

8) melt a tablespoon of butter

9) dip each bread roll in the egg mixture

10) place the bread roll in the pan on the side where the seam is located

11) cook 2 minutes on each side ( or until golden brown on all sides)

12) add butter to the pan if necessary

13) once cooked, roll the bread rolls in the cinnamon and sugar

14) add some syrup if you want and ENJOY!
